Props to Madison Harrington for this little survey! :)

Greed:
What is your most expensive beauty product?
Definitely would have to say my straightener. I am so picky with what kind of straightener I use for my hair since for one, I have extremely thick hair and two, I absolutely hate the amount of damage a cheap straightener can do to my hair. I use the TIGI PRO straightener that I got from my aunt since she owns a T&G so I guess it really isn't so expensive since she totally butchers the price for us :)

What is your least expensive beauty product?
I'd have to say my eyeshadow pallets and mascara. My cousin sells Mark and AVON so I mostly get them from her. You will always see in my makeup bag a cream/brown/black pallet for everyday wear and for my mascara I carry AVON's Super Shock mascara. It makes your eyelashes not only incredibly long but bold as well!

Wrath:
What beauty product do you have a love/hate relationship with?
Would definitely have to say nail polish. I love love love nail polish and almost always have my nails painted with a new color every other week but I absolutely hate the way they chip so easily no matter if I do them myself or get them done at the nail salon. Sometimes I just give up and do without any color and just go with the nude/natural look.

What beauty product is the hardest to get?
I don't think any beauty products of mine are really hard to get. Lucky me!

Gluttony:
What is your most delicious beauty product?
I would have to say my AVON Fruity Lip Juice! Not only does it give your lips this pretty long lasting lip color but tastes yummy too! I currently have Guava flavor! Mmmm!

Sloth:
What beauty product do you neglect due to laziness?
Really it just depends on where I'm going and what time of the day it is.

Pride:
What beauty product gives you the most self confidence?
I'd say a delicious perfume. I have tons of perfumes and honestly you can never have enough. My current favs are Haiku from AVON and Juicy Couture. They are perfect for the summertime!

Lust:
What are your favorite attributes in the opposite sex?
Smile, confidence, and the ability to make me laugh. I just so happened to hit the jackpot and find all three in the same man :) Definitely agree with you on this one Madison!

Envy:
What is your favorite beauty product that you like to receive as a gift?
I would say perfume or stuff for my hair!

Re -cap Wednesday

I swear trying to keep up with this blog is a lot easier said than done. I know I always repeatedly say "I promise to keep up with it this time!" but working and getting ready for school are to blame for my lack of blogging and here I am once again telling you that I promise to keep it up this time!

On that note, why don't I take the time to re-cap this amazing weekend I had with Anthony? I drove down Saturday and got there in pretty good time! Only 4 hours and 15 min! That's a record time! Okay, maybe I did speed a little but shhh, don't tell my parents! As soon as I walked in of course Anthony was still asleep since he practically gets absolutely no sleep from his night shifts! After waking the sleepyhead up we had lunch with his parents and aunt that he has never met! Anthony's dad had his sister come visit after 19 years of not seeing each other. How crazy is that?! She drove with her husband all the way from Mississippi! It was nice for Anthony to meet and chat with her since he hardly knows anyone from his dad's side of the family!

After lunch we finally got some a little alone time. We went to the mall for a little to walk off our food and just look around. After a good hour we headed back to his house and just hung out the rest of the night. I was inside with his mother and aunt while he was outside with his dad and uncle. The next day after sleeping in till nearly 12 we got up and got some lunch at, surprise surprise, WingStop!

Tons of wings later, we made our way to Canyon Lake with his softball team he plays with! I'm not much of a lake kinda gal but let me tell you I had the best time! Bud Light Lime-A-Rita's, good company, my love, and a beautiful day was just what I needed! We even stayed in a cute little cabin! Only down side is that Ant and I had to squeeze on top of a bunk bed but by later that night I could care less where I slept! The next morning, or should I say afternoon, we made our way down to the little camp sight where everyone was cooking out burgers and hot dogs and we even squeezed in a little sand volleyball! My team totally beat Ant's team but I bet if you asked him he'd deny it. Men and their pride ;)

After we ate we made it back to his house and took much needed showers and went out for our last dinner together at none other than Pericos, a mexican restaurant of course followed by a little time watching the Heat vs Celtics game. We were exhausted and all I wanted to do was be in his arms and go to sleep and thats just what I did. I was definitely not looking forward to the next morning. I felt like the weekend went by too fast and I didn't want it to end. Let's just say when morning came around I was an emotional wreck and I couldn't stop crying the whole drive home. I know that I'll see him soon though. The main key is to stay optimistic through this whole process of being long distant. Much easier said than done hands down but I try my hardest to look at the positives in this situation.

Now here I am on a rainy Wednesday night, tired and a little lonely. Thank God for blogging. It's the perfect type of therapy and it definitely does the trick and gets my head clear and out of the dumps. Happy Hump Night Y'all!

My favorite thing in the world...just jamming to some music and cruising around town with my baby

Here in San Antonio and I'm already having so much fun. Any moment with Anthony is seriously the best. My cheeks hurt so much from smiling all day! Anthony and I had a serious bonding BFF/ BF-GF moment last night and it brought us that much closer. Like I've written in my previous posts, long distance can make your heart ache like you never thought it could and its seriously takes a toll on you and sometimes even land in depression, but it's so worth it once you see each other. I really do believe that long distance itself doesn't tear a couple apart, it's the individuals in the relationship because if you truly love that person you can and you will make it work no matter what. As long as you love that person unconditionally through perfect and tough situations, cherish every moment you have with them, communicate, and maintain loyalty you will make it. Okay, okay, enough with the blogging now and time to enjoy the little time I have with my love :)
