You must be thinking I'm crazy when you read my title but it's not what you think! I just got done with my first day of P90x and I feel so sore yet so refreshed at the same time! I'm embarrassed to say it, but I haven't worked out in about 4 months! Ahhhh! But I've convinced myself to get back into the swing of things and get on track with my fitness routines! My senior year I weighed about 137, and that's when I was in cheerleading, so I had tons of muscle that was built up from freshman year all the way till senior year. I weighed myself today and I'm 127! 10 pounds lighter than I was! Of course I was happy to see a number so low considering I've always been in the 130's, but then it dawned on me that it's gone down because I no longer have any muscle :( Wahhhh! But after doing today's work out and starting to run again I know I'll get that ideal body that I want back! Can't wait to whip my body back into shape!

OMG, girl! I haven't worked out in 2 years!! I just walk EVERYWHERE and somehow thats keeping me in decent shape...although I haven't done a hardcore workout myself, i've been wanting to forever. but I hate working out alone. lol. but good luck on getting to your goal!!!
